Centering the ring is 1 is 1 oval mixed cut natural Emerald set into a 4-prong setting.  This stone is accented by 105 full cut diamonds, arranged with 16 diamonds set in a circle around the center stone, 8 diamonds on each of the 4 cathedral shoulders, and 57 diamonds set in 3 rows of 19 diamonds each extending from shoulder to shoulder under the center head.
