This stone is surrounded by 102 full cut diamonds, arranged with 20 diamonds bead set in an oval frame around the center stone, 22 diamonds bead set on the outside of the center frame and 10 diamonds bead set on the top and each side of each shoulders.  There is some natural color zoning visible in the Sapphire, a wonderful indicator that this is a natural Blue Sapphire.
