One (1) loose transparent red tone.  This stone is transparent doubly refractive uniaxial with a refractive index of 1.762 to 1.77, indicating the Ruby variety of Corundum.  

This Ruby is a Rectangular Step cut, with a stated scale weight of 3.85 ct, and gauging at 10.22 mm x 6.35 mm x 4.96 mm. The Ruby is Red (R) in color with dark tone and low saturation.  GIA Type II, Clarity: SI. Enhancement Codes: Heat (H), Fracture Filling (Leaded Glass).
